PRE-ORDERS

We're committed to crafting each piece of jewelry with meticulous attention to detail and quality. Due to the handmade nature of our items, pre-orders may take 2-7 weeks before shipment. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to ensure that your order is crafted to perfection before it reaches your doorstep. Thank you for supporting our passion for creating unique and beautiful jewelry pieces.

CUSTOM PIECES

We believe that jewelry should fit you perfectly, which is why we provide complimentary customization for sizes within the ranges specified in the product description. However, for sizes exceeding a 4-inch increase, a nominal additional fee of $5 per inch will apply. This policy ensures that we can accommodate your individual needs while maintaining the exceptional quality and craftsmanship that define our brand.

CANCELATIONS

We understand that circumstances may arise that require order adjustments. However, once a piece has entered production, we cannot accommodate cancellations. For cancellations made before production begins, a 10% restocking fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain the efficiency and integrity of our production process while providing the best possible service to our customers.
